• Provide haircuts, color, and styling with precision and personalization
   
• Guide guests through their salon journey with warmth and professionalism
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
   
• Continue learning through in-salon and external education
   

• Minnesota Cosmetology License & 1+ year salon experience
   
• Hourly +  commission, flexible scheduling, paid vacation, retirement plan, and 50% off retail
